Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday Blush + Glow Kit
I have recently been blessed by the makeup gods to have been gifted the Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday Collection. As a whole, I think the collection was quite beautifully designed as far as colors. Today I wanted to share with you some swatches of the cheek items. For the Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday 2017 collection they release two blush kits and one glow kit.
The Radiant blush kit contains two pinky toned blushes and two peach toned blushes, the colors are on the lighter side and more suited for those with fairer to light-medium skin tones. Personally, I feel that I am just past the cut off and likely won’t get much use of 3 out of 4 of the shades. I do really enjoy the darkest one called Terrace and have actually been wearing it every day since I got the palette, but unless you have money to burn I wouldn’t buy it to only wear one color.
Now the Gradient blush kit is 100% darker skin friendly and I absolutely love the color choices they made, on darker skins these colors are season-less and can be worn all year round. I’m hard pressed to choose a favorite from this selection, I love them all. Would definitely recommend the Gradient Blush kit. Vegas is the color that's probably going to be my most used, I really like dipping my brush into both Vegas and Chocolate for a nice matte bronze color.
Quality of the Sugar Glow Kit is right on par with the regular Anastasia Glow Kits so if you are a fan of those and you like these colors you will not be disappointed. I’m obsessed with the shade Butterscotch, it’s a gorgeous beige-gold. These shades a more sparkly than the Sun dipped glow kit but still in the wearable range without looking glittery. Would definitely recommend this if you were on the fence, it’s a great kit.
