I am quickly becoming quite the fan of Au Naturale, they are an awesome cruelty-free and vegan makeup brand but they are also so much more than that. What I love most about them is that they are real women making something beautiful and not a soulless corp. just after your $$, you can really tell from their message that they want to have a real, positive impact on the world and the people in it not just the beauty industry and I think that’s a beautiful thing.
For Earth Month they will be donating 10% of their profits to the Nature Conservancy and there will be free shipping for orders of $50 or more.
They were kind enough to gift me their Spring 2018 collection in advance of its actual release and I am so grateful to have been able to try out these products.
Au Naturale Cosmetics Review
In the spring collection you get both a cream and powder eye shadow. The crème is a gorgeous silver-lilac. I really like apply this with my finger for both light and heavy application, gives a beautiful shine to the eye and also can double as an intensifying base for wear under powder eye shadows. Guava is the powder shadow and for one I love the packaging, it's a loose eye shadow but comes in a roller ball style of packaging that I've never seen used for shadow before but it's absolutely genius. Guava is a bright rose-gold color and my swatch doesn't do it justice it has so much movement and reflection in the light, I love it.

The lip products in the Au Naturale Cosmetics Spring collection are my favorite. They completely blew me away, this is the first time I'm trying any of the lip products from Au Naturale Cosmetics and I can tell you that it won't be the last. I do consider myself quite the lip gloss aficionado, and this is one awesome gloss. It is so glossy and reflective, way more than I expected it could be. I don't know if I just have that stupid prejudice where I am always expecting less in quality from green beauty brands OR if Au Naturale is just killing it and making high quality non compromising natural, vegan makeup…I'm thinking the latter. If you want a genuinely glossy, non sticky, ethically made vegan lip gloss you do not want to look over Au Naturales high lustre lip gloss. You can shop it in a variety of colors to suit your personal style and preferences.
Along with the lip gloss also came the su/Stain Matte Lip Stain Kauai it's a creamy lightweight liquid lipstick. I found this wore really nicely both on its on and under gloss. My lips had a nice velvet matte look and there was no emphasis on the lines and dips in my lips. Definitely something I recommend.
